Decent location, but that’s about it

We spent 3 nights and honestly, it was kinda rough. The service was really poor—no breakfast on Sunday because they were short-staffed. And the pool? Dirty with animal poop in it! The room was okay, but nothing special. Breakfast was basic, definitely not what I'd expect from this chain.

The pool area looks nice, but the cleanliness is a problem. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made things easier. The bar had a great happy hour deal.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and a helpful 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost ring on my first stay. Highly recommend staying here!

I was really impressed that the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, and the hotel's proximity to local attractions like the Children's Museum and Joe and Tony Oliveira Park made it easy for me to enjoy some beautiful weekend strolls through the city while checking out interesting landmarks in the area.

Staying here with 20 family members was a breeze! We enjoyed the lively atmosphere, especially our visit to the nearby Gulf of Mexico where we had perfect weather for swimming and picnicking. The staff was attentive, making our large family feel welcome throughout our stay.
